With the development of China's urbanization and the change of the population structural, adjustment of rural primary and secondary schools has become an important task. It is a effective method to improve the quality of education in rural school and a effective way to make full use of educational resources. At present, China have carried out in most parts of the adjustment of rural primary and secondary schools, by adjusting the use of resources to improve the efficiency and quality of teaching, to a certain extent, promoted the economic development and social stability is conducive to social harmony and development.Based on the economics of education, educational equity and other theories, which use questionnaires, interviews and other methods to Baoding Laiyuan and Cangzhou Qingxian about the basic situation, the local state of education, local school situation, and the adjustment in the layout of local problems and can learn from the experience of the study to a more comprehensive understanding of the current adjustment of rural primary and secondary schools can learn from the problems and experiences.
