Class is the primary organization of school education units, and the place where students achieve their own development and socialization. The operation of Class Management in education not only affects the operation of class function, but also relates to the development of students. The phenomenon of ignoring students in Class Management has been greatly reduced with the impact of Educational Reform, but there are still some problems in the current management of primary and secondary schooling in China which prevent the development of all students, such as some outdated ideas held by some teachers, students' personal differences in ability, detrimental effects of parents and the social environment. In the light of the Student Oriented Theory and the ideas about Humanistic Management, this paper will discuss how to structure students' class autonomous management. Studied by means of atypical researching, the paper will show the present condition of students' participation in class autonomous management, as well as the barriers and problems in realizing it. And it proposes some niche targeting solutions while analyze the causes. The paper is divided into four parts:Partâ… :"The explanation of all students'class autonomous management in primary and secondary school." The Student Oriented Theory emphasizes that students are actively involved in the process of education, and they are the subject in learning, in self-management, and in self-education. Class autonomous management can strengthen their sense of being masters of their own affairs and collectivism. In addition, primary and secondary students are involved in the course of self-consciousness developing; they start to be eager to get independence and greater autonomy. So it is necessary to foster students' democratic consciousness to make all students get the chance of meeting their needs and realizing their own value. Then they will harvest the recognition and acceptance in class. The class autonomous management can make it come true. The phrases "autonomy", "autonomous management", and "all students' autonomous management" are also explained in this part.Partâ…¡:"Analyzing on the present condition of class management participation among primary and secondary students." Two secondary schools, three primary schools (i.e., Chengdu Gaoxin Xinyuan Middle School, Sichuan Daxian Guancun Junior Middle School, Chengdu Gaoxin Xinyuan Primary School, the Attached Primary School of Chengdu Normal University in Wanke, and Chengdu Tianhui Primary School) was involved in the present study. The school headmasters, subject teachers and some students were interviewed in order to find out if all the students join in the class autonomous management or not, if they can accomplish something by themselves. Here comes the problems:The responsibility is unknown; the class leaders' responsibility system is absent; the class leaders' training for everyone are too little; students can do so little in management at school; they can't show their abilities in management greatly.Partâ…¢:"The factors of self-management in primary and secondary school". It can be summarized into several main factors according to the interviews. Teachers: Some of them can't understand that the students are the subjects of class management, and they don't pay enough attention to the development of all students, and they don't behave consistent with democratic ideas. Students themselves: Some of them are reluctant to participate because of personal characteristics and abilities. Parents: Some of them can't act in accordance with school for the sake of taking scores seriously and they do not have adequate communication with schools.Partâ…£:"Coming up with the ways of perfecting all students' autonomous management". Cadres: Class leaders can be selected out by democratic election, and they can make their own autonomous decisions; create some new posts on the basis of actual circumstances and needs of class, make sure they are useful; each post should rotate the characters, and value the training of all students. The post duties: Refine the system, specify the responsibilities of each position, that facilitates supervision and inspection; the characters are responsible for their posts, and all the leaders cooperate to fulfill the mission; in transaction processing, the teacher should delegate the jobs to students, let them undertake some tasks of their own accord. Training: Enhance the training of the head teacher that can affect the training and appointment of class leaders directly; train all the students regularly or irregularly instead of abandoning a part of them; establish and complete the diversified evaluation methods and systems.
