The Problems In The Financing Of Chinese Higher Education And Their Solutions Financing Program

Based on enunciating the background and significance of research, this paper has worked out a research frame and research methods. By employing related concepts and theories to analyze domestic and foreign researches, including the diversification of financing, the sharing of higher education cost, higher education funding, the scale and benefit of colleges and universities, and expanded financing channels for higher education, it has undertaken to analyze the main reasons for problems arising in China's higher education financing channels and to find out solutions to perfecting such a system, e. g. consolidating and broadening the financial investment system of higher education, improving the fiscal allotment, changing tuition charging patterns according to the cost of all the disciplines for multi-level students, standardizing bank loading of colleges and universities, reducing financial risks caused by excessive bank loan, optimizing the distribution of resources and ameliorating efficiency of fund utilization.To sum up, this paper has applied some basic financing theories and related fields to create a reasonable higher education financing and management theoretical system, and has provided some reliable reference resources for reducing financial risks and cost so as to broaden the financing channels, perfect the financing system and raise financing competence.
