At present, a large number of qualified workers and skilled talents are needed to implement the policy of double- transfer smoothly. Vocational education undertakes the goal of training those talents. As its foundation, secondary vocational education is to foster people who works in the field of production, service and management, that is to say, they are professional persons. However, the professionalism is the synthesis of exquisite technical skills and complete professional ethics. The vocational education in China's current emphasizes on technology unilaterally and ignores the cultivation of professional ethics, which is not healthy development but an anomaly. Class is one of the main positions, where the professional ethics are cultivated. Whether the students can accomplish their should-be vocational professional qualification in their class life will decide their future career-oriented in a certain extent , so their class management can play an important influence on them in gaining qualified professional training. The class management in secondary vocational school cannot copy what ordinary schools do, it should form its own characteristics, meet the students'needs as well as promote them growing healthily. Hence, the topics of improving the status of classroom management and transforming it into caring students in secondary vocational schools are to be generated. Based on the class management in secondary vocational schools aspects such as: old concept of management, lack of correct ideas of students, treating students without love and so on, the purpose of the dissertation is to explain the ideas and specific contents of the class management's transforming by the use of documentary research method, questionnaire survey, qualitative research etc. The dissertation is composed of four parts as the following:Introduction: It mainly explains the reason of identifying the research problem, analysis the current situation of class management in secondary vocational school, and defines some important conceptsChapter one: The origin of the theory of caring students and its main contents are explained. The origin concludes Guo Sile's student-based education theory and Noddings'caring education theory. The content consists that students as the root of education are the subject and caring as the way of education in which teachers should be the persons who give cares to students.Chapter two: According the result of the questionnaire of two secondary vocational schools, the present situation of class management is analyzed and the reasons are announced.Chapter three: The strategy of transforming class management into caring students in secondary vocational school is illuminated, which contains the transformation of the target, the concept, the head teachers'role, the models of class management in secondary vocational school.
