Nowadays, ethics loses its situation when human beings put their most attention on economic development and the pursuit of technical excellence. Secondary vocational schools have the task to cultivate thousands of skilled workers with qualified professional ethics. However, at present, vocational students'professional ethics education, which plays a very important role as the basis of vocational education, is weakening its function. This paper points out that a complete professional person should be with excellent professional skills and lofty professional ethics. Perfect vocational education should be an organic unity of superior skills education and high ethical education. The paper is divided into three major sections.The first part is to clarify concepts and literature review, explore the meaning of professional ethics and professional ethics education. Vocational students in professional ethics education is the current weak link, analysis the nuances between professional moral and professional ethics and understand their value of the times, is effectively professional ethics education and improve the quality of vocational education in the key. Explore China and the Western history of development of professional ethics education, can effectively grasp the historical context, insight into the direction we are moving.The second part of vocational students for the current lack of professional ethics, and their formation depth of the internal and external factors. Materialist dialectics holds that internal factors are the basis of change, external factors are changing conditions, external factors play a role only by internal factors. Currently, the lack of vocational students'professional ethics education in internal factors are their non-uniform in cognition, emotion, and behavior; external reason is that families, schools, businesses, society work together in professional ethics education, there are some degree of imbalance.On this basis, the third part discusses the professional ethics of vocational students to enhance the effective education initiatives. Professional ethics education in pre-enlightenment and post deepen professional ethics education are equally important. In short, to improve the quality of vocational education is to cultivate the fundamental integrity of professional people who need to complete a full career vocational education to achieve and complete vocational education is vocational skills training and vocational ethics education uniform. Currently, the professional ethics of vocational students is in weakening, the reason is that professional ethics education of vocational students lag. Construction four integrated system of families, schools, businesses, society is the main initiatives to raise the level of professional ethics education in vocational students, but only the real return to vocational students in the soul of its own wake up, is the fundamental way for vocational students'professional ethics education. Innovation of this paper is to clarify the complete professional people and complete vocational education, described the content of professional ethics education, exploring and establishing A Professional Ethics Monitor System of government-led, industry-led, association to have the professional qualifications of vocational students as the main service target, may be an effective mechanism in the professional ethics of vocational students to achieve self-awakening, self-education, self-motivation and self-discipline.
