Innovative nation calls for creative talents, Colleges are the important training center for creative talents, so they shoulder a great historical mission. Experimental teaching as an important link in personnel training, must receive due attention. With the implementation of the plan of "National long-term development plan for education reform(2010-2020)" experiment teaching and training system in the whole place and role will be further highlighted. In this context, evaluation of the Effects of experimental teaching is very important.The purpose of this study is developing a generally applicable experimental teaching laboratory teaching quality evaluation system, and Establishment of the experimental teaching evaluation and management of long-term mechanism. This paper introduces experimental teaching laboratory construction and teaching the basic principles and rules of management, and the establishment of experimental models of teaching quality evaluation, making an empirical analysis in Southwest Jiaotong University Physics Teaching Center as an example.This thesis contains five chapters. The first part described the background, meaning, scope and ideas and the basic concepts of experimental teaching. The second part described the design of evaluation of Experimental Teaching System, and Teaching Quality Assessment and Case Analysis. The last part described the suggestions and countermeasures of further strengthen our university laboratories and experimental teaching reform and development.
