Object:To provide molecular genetic markers for selection of elite weightlifters through investigating the characteristics of Tn gene distribution polymorphism in skeletal muslces of elite weightliftersMethods:Using PCR-RFLP(Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism) to measure the characteristics of distribution of SNP/C7761T in sTnT, SNP/G-1333C in sTnT SNP/T7955C in fTnT, SNP/A10237T in sTnI, SNP/G-266C in fTnI gene of elite athletes group and normal control group.Results:(1)Polymorphic loci of SNP/C7761T in sTnT, SNP/G-1333C in sTnT, SNP/T7955C in fTnT, SNP/A10237T in sTnI, SNP/G-266C in fTnI gene were consistent with H-W Equilibrium;(2) There was no significant difference of SNP/C7761T in sTnT, SNP/G-1333C in sTnT, SNP/T7955C in fTnT, SNP/A10237T in sTnI, SNP/G-266C in fTnl gene between elite athlete group and normal control group. (3) Gender-disaggregated, there was no significant difference of SNP/C7761T in sTnT, SNP/G-1333C in sTnT SNP/A10237T in sTnI, SNP/G-266C in fTnI gene between male elite athlete group and male normal control group, as well between female elite athlete group and female normal control group.
