Research purposes:To investigate the association between PPAR delta/gamma gene polymorphism and the health-related physical fitness of college students,for early health intervention and personalized exercise prescriptions.Research objects and methods:We adopted the method of PCR-RFLP to analyse the PPAR delta gene C294 T polymorphism and PPAR gamma gene C161 T polymorphism of 238 college students of Han Nationality in Jiangxi province,and tested their body composition,cardiopulmonary fitness,muscle fitness and flexible fitness,statistical analysis was adopted to analyze the differences of health related fitness indexes among different genotypes.Results:1.The distribution trend of the PPAR delta gene C294 T polymorphism genotype was TT genotype most,CT genotype is the second smallest,and CC genotype at leas in college students of Han Nationality in Jiangxi province.There was a significant difference between the population distribution in Taiwan and Germany.2.The PPAR delta gene C294 T polymorphism is associated with some health-related physical fitness related indicators.In the male college students,LLEFFSM /ILBM in CC genotype carriers was significantly higher than TT or CT genotype carriers,diastolic blood pressure in rest in CC genotype carriers was significantly lower than TT or CT genotype carriers,standing long jump in CC genotype carriers was significantly better than TT or CT genotype carriers,(CC+CT)genotype had significantly higher lung capacity than those with TT genotype,(CC+CT)the right hand grip strength of genotype patients was significantly higher than that of TT genotype.In the female college students,RLEFFSM /ILBM in CT genotype carriers was significantly higher than TT and CC genotype carriers.There is a significant difference in the three genotypes of the percentage of fat and LUEFFSM/ILBM,RUEFFSM /ILBM in female college students.The(CC+CT)genotype of LLEFFSM /ILBM was significantly higher than that of TT genotype.There was tendency for female college students to run 50 meters and the forward flexion of the sitting body,CC genotypes in the 50 meter race were significantly better than those of the TT and CT genotypes,while the TT and CT in the forward flexion of the sitting body genotypes were significantly better than those of the CC genotypes3.The different genotypes of PPAR gamma gene C161 T polymorphism was CC genotype most,CT genotype is the second smallest,and TT genotype at leas.There were significant differences in genotype and allele distribution frequency in Malaysiaand India.4.There was an association trend between PPAR gene C161 T polymorphism and some health-related physical fitness related indicators.In the male college students,BMI in TT genotype carriers was trend higher than CT genotype carriers,diastolic blood pressure in rest in TT genotype carriers was trend higher than CT genotype carriers,there was a tendency for male college students to run 1000 meters with T allele,which was better than that of CC type.There was no significant difference between the different genotypes of muscle fitness and flexible fitness.Discussion:1.PPAR delta gene C294 T polymorphism and PPAR gamma gene C161 T polymorphism have ethnic and ethnic differences;2.The PPAR delta gene C294 T polymorphism is associated with the LLEFFSM/ILBM,diastolic blood pressure,long jump of the students of the han male nationality in jiangxi province and the RLEFFSM /ILBM of the students of the han male nationality in jiangxi province,which can be used as the molecular genetic marker to explain the differences in the fitness of college students.
