A Research On Hunan Vocational Education Groups: Situation, Problems And Solutions

Our country has been shortage of vocational education resources. It is one of the best strategies to run the vocational education group by stimulating the enthusiasm of enterprises fully and integrating their resources of enterprises and research institutions.Hunan is a big province of vocational and technical education. It is crucial to integrate resources and improve vocational education to run the vocational education group in a proper way.The first chapter illustrates the research background, research significance and research methods. Based on carding the frontal concepts of vocational education group, it proposes a new concept and defines the vocational education group as a cooperative education unit, where vocational colleges and schools and enterprises as well as other social forces cultivate technical and skilled talents. Then this part classifies the types of existing vocational education groups throughout the country and compares their differences between vocational education groups and enterprise groups.The second chapter is based on investigation, carrying out particular research on the development and significance of vocational education groups. Based on investigation,the author analyses the basic situation of Hunan vocational education explaining vocational education group will benefit Hunan economically and socially.The third chapter illustrates the achievement of Hunan vocational education groups. The vocational education resources are made most of by us. To bring up various talents has being developed on a certain scale,in which our scientific and technological innovation capability is increasing and the students'ability of servicing our society is strengthening.Meanwhile practical ability of teachers has been improved. The fourth chapter points out current problems in vocational education groups of Hunan Province. The enterprises lack enthusiasm in running schools.The development levels between vocational education groups are different.The mechanism of running school should be improved.The teachers'pratical and research ability should be improved.There are problem arising from training talents.The fifth chapter puts forward an idea, namely, one security—government's macro-control; two main bodies——vocational colleges schools and enterprises; win-win cooperation——provincial government, municipal government and county government's vocational resources; four constructions——professional courses construction, cooperating entities construction, training system construction and group culture construction.
