The teaching idea of dialogue quickly is becoming highly popular with students and teachers for its renowned flashes of the human aura and unique scientific content.And now it is well-established as a kind of teaching method. But the Teacher Authority among controversy is weakening at a higher speed because Dialogue Teaching is being advocated. obviously the teachers who are advancing their quality most have not prepared for the new idea of Dialogue Teaching, many teachers don't know how much authority they new have on earth and they often feel lost themselves in the classes. On his own what is lost among them; at the same time the Dialogue Teaching in classes are facing many problems because of the teachers lost themselves in authority, so how to unscramble and construct the Teacher Authority again has become a serious social issue. Full-paper is divided into three major sections including the introduction and literature review, text and the conclusion.The introduction and review focuses on the reason, purpose and meaning of this paper. The body is divided into four chapters. The first chapter discusses the concept and connotation of the Dialogue Teaching, and then analyses the general principles of the Dialogue Teaching from the four aspects of it. Chapterâ…¡focuses on how the Teacher Authority has been weakened when facing the Dialogue Teaching and analyzes the specific forms of the weakening Teacher Authority. Chapter 3 discusses the problem that the teachers have lost themselves for they does not have a thorough understanding the concept of the Dialogue Teaching.and authoritative detract from the digestion and confused, lost, and at the same time because of a lack of teachers'appropriate control,the classes of he Dialogue Teaching raise many questions.. Chapter 4 discusses how to reconstruct the Teacher Authority.It was mainly discussed from two levels, the paper is of the view that the Teacher Authority should be unscrambled and to establish a new type of modern Teacher Authority, so the Teacher Authority and the Dialogue Teaching can be harmony in teaching of the Chinese education. The paper article also believes that reconstructing the Teacher Authority should be put on the agenda, so that it can keep up with the pace of reform. About the reconstruction of the Teacher Authority, the paper focuses on the construction of the personality influence authority. The paper is of the view that teacher's personality charisma is the ultimate teacher's Supreme and ultimate authority.This paper mainly adopts the document research and investigation research and analyzes discusses the problems related the Teacher Authority missing and reconstructing in the idea of the Dialogue Teaching step-by-step by using Teaching Theory combined with Linguistics, Ethics-related Theory, in order to make teachers mold a perfect image in the eyes of students in proper and scientific method and more important to help Chinese teacher develop their classes of the Dialogue Teaching.
