A Study On The Perfection Of Moral Education System In Independent Colleges

Independent colleges is a pioneering and creative work under the running school system and mode for higher education, and it is also a very effective way to expand the higher education greatly and rapidly. But independent colleges is a newly emerging thing, with the complicated students'background and restrictions in the present running school system and mode for higher education, student management in independent colleges faces huge difficulties and challenges, especially in the students'Ideological and Political Education work. During these years, how to construct a stable, appropriate and efficient moral education work system has been a problem which needs to be solved urgently.I went deep into the realities for investigation and study. The management of several independent colleges in Hunan Province, moral measures as well as moral status of independent college students, the status of moral education, moral education system, especially problems in moral education and the reasons were studied. We tried to explore a new way and come up with targeted, effective, and feasible measures and suggestions for moral education work system of the independent college.This paper mainly analyzes the problems in moral education of independent colleges one by one from the perspective of the particularity and necessity of moral education, mainly from the aspects of moral content, teaching staff, the way of moral education, moral environment, etc. We found out the core issues by using all aspects view in-depth depiction and analyzed it. In the foundation of previous studies, we put forward conceives in forming moral educational system of independent colleges, Work ethics, staff, work organization, working expenses,etc.
