"Subjectivity" is the core concept of Marxism practice human, it is also important quality which man must has in modern society. If so, person can become a subjectivity of a freedom and self-consciously. That is to say, essential argument of all the educational activities must emphasis students' subjectivity. In the 90s' quality education reforming started, it shows the idea of subjectivity. How to guide the talent-cultivating of models reforming of our university is our important question which we must discuss and think by using the idea of subjectivity.This study is based on the conception"talent-cultivating of models" and its essential factor as the analytical frame of this study. The study is also based on the idea of subjectivity education, and we rethink some problems such as in the aim of talent-cultivating, the process of talent-cultivating etc. Finally, the study gives some advice.This research is divided into five parts besides introduction and conclusion. In the first part it is mainly about review of the history:the situation of talent-cultivating of models after our country building. This part is analyzing the situation of talent-cultivating of models reforming, we can find old education idea many abuses, which is hard to eliminate and deeply effect in our university. But the university education is still ignoring the development of the students' subjectivity which has a significant effect up to date. In the second part it is mainly about the introduction of the theory of the ideas of the subjectivity education. Besides it explains some relational conception and sum up the main meaning of the ideas of the subjectivity education. It also shows the relations between the ideas of the subjectivity education and the quality education which is being carried out in our university. It proposes the subjectivity education and respects men's subjectivity status and the value. In the third part it is mainly the analyses about the current situation of reforming of the talent-cultivating in our university. It has some questions and shortcomings, what's more, trying to find the reasons. For examples, the goals of the university talent-cultivating, the major setting-up and the curriculum setting-up,the methods of teaching and management,the relations between teachers and students. From a post-modern perspective on curriculum, trying to find the origins of current issues, in order to oppose the best tactics. In the fourth part, it is mainly the reason of current situation. In the fifth part, it is mainly about the tactics of reforming. With the help of the subjectivity education, we will reform the university talent-cultivating models. Purposely it can improve the quality of talent-cultivating in our university.
