Although the Job-Hunting Stress of College Students and its Copying Style have been a major concern in the field of Stress, the related researches, in most cases, only concern about approaches to copying Job-Hunting Stress and the interactions among those approaches, while seldom deal with the proposition that whether there are any mediating factors or influences of these factors. This essay is aimed at exploring the interrelationship among the following three factors-career maturity, job-hunting stress and the copying style, and on this basis propose pointed suggestions for Fob-Hunting Stress management of College Students, which can provide valuable reference for university decision-makers.According to the review and summary of the previous related documents, this essay has proposed the framework and hypotheses of the research. Questionnaire, answered by 863 college students from five universities in Hunan, is applied in the research to collect data, which was analyzed by SPSS. Conclusions are as follows:1. Generally speaking, the level of job-hunting pressure is lower-middle, the career maturity level of college students is medium. They tend to cope with the job-hunting pressure in an active copying style.2. The job-hunting pressure is varied according the following factors, urban or rural, degree of major satisfaction, normal major, economic situation of family.3. The career maturity level of college students is influenced by factors such as different grade of college, majors, degree of major satisfaction, normal-major, economic situation of the family.4. The negative correlation between the Job-hunting Stress and Career Maturity is obvious.The Job-hunting Stress and its factors are of obvious positive correlation with the Negative Copying Style, and of obvious negative correlation with Aggressive Copying Style.5. The Job-hunting Stress can well predicted by the Career Maturity, which is a total mediating effect when the Job-hunting Stress is influenced by the Aggressive Copying Style, and a partial mediating effect when the Job-hunting Stress is influenced by the Negative Copying Style.
