Knowledge has become the crucial power in the development of society with the knowledge-based Economy' appearance. People give further attention on how to manage knowledge and maximize the knowledge's avail. In this background, tacit knowledge sharing has been the hotspot of organization management.The school is an education place taking knowledge as the foundation. Various tacit knowledge that the teachers have is the most important property of school. Accept the factor restraint such as teacher individual, school system, organization culture and so on. A great deal of valuable knowledge runs off, or cannot be shared effectively. Knowledge sharing theory and practice applied and developed successfully in the enterprise has provided the precious model for teacher's tacit knowledge sharing. It has become an urgent question that how to discover teacher's tacit knowledge effectively and how to share these tacit knowledge by using sharing strategy.Through studying on the course and obstacle factors of teacher's knowledge sharing in the current education domain, this thesis has offered the effective strategies to promote teacher's tacit knowledge sharing. The objective of this thesis is to help teachers to improve the degree of knowledge sharing with theories and practical studies. The research purpose of this text lies on arousing teachers' attention to tacit knowledge, tacit knowledge sharing, impelling the knowledge resource get extensive spread, application and innovation in education domain, promoting the level of teacher's tacit knowledge sharing, promoting teachers' organization to grow up sustainable.The thesis is divided into five sections. In the first section, some basic issues related to teacher's tacit knowledge sharing in education domain are discussed, which includes background and significance about teacher's tacit knowledge sharing, the current research in domestic and foreign , the goals and angles about this thesis, and so on. In the second part, the thesis has offered a systemic vision of teacher's tacit knowledge sharing theory based on the reference to much of the overseas and domestic research fruit. In the third part, the author analyzes barriers which influence teacher's tacit knowledge sharing by using the system method. In the forth part, the thesis has given some strategies in details to overcome the barriers which hindrance teacher's tacit knowledge sharing from the following aspects: teacher's characteristic, the organizational culture, the organizational structures, and the knowledge sharing technologies. Finally, the author makes a summary of the whole thesis and points out the deficiencies.
