'When you gaze the physical person with your eyes, what are you looking for?'Dana means that he must hunt for animals behind the shells of fossil, look for the people in the literature, search for the soul behind the human. But I seek its value behind teachers'Blog.Human's activity is a valuable practical activity. Educational activities need educational actors ask themselves and scan the value. I will focus the study of eyes on the value of teachers'Blog, and put the'value'perspective as the possible research point. By exploring the world of the teachers'Blog, conveying the spiritual ideas and apprehension about the phenomenon of teachers'Blog as much as possible, this thesis aims at working out explanatory understanding for value of teachers'Blog and achieving the value of multiple interpretation, which comes from the necessity of thinking about the presence of teachers'Blog.This study overall uses a qualitative research method. Qualitative research focuses on the meaning of the explanatory understanding. Qualitative research approach is suitable for the topic on the value of teachers'Blog, for it clearly and bluntly recognizes the value of Blog. In particular, this study adopts a narrative research methodology. As a qualitative method, educational narrative research puts an emphasis on intuition of quality about educational phenomenon in order to reproduce their qualities, focuses on questing for the meanings of educational behavior to interpret the significances, which embody concerning on teachers'life stories and paying attention to teacher's inner experience.I have a sample selection from the three dimensions such as primary school, secondary school, university. Because the study needs to take into account the level and comprehensiveness of research object and fully enables a sample selection representative. The selected objects of study are respectively primary, secondary, and university teachers'Blog. The names of Blog are Qiong Min Shu Yuan, Shui Gu Long Sheng, Xin Xiang Ru Feng. At the same time, the three teachers perform another identity in the Blog. The builder of Qiong Min Shu Yuan is Blog instructor who comes from Study and Application Base of New Century Primary Mathematics Textbook; the builder of Shui Gu Long Sheng is an editor of'Journey'Blog journal; the builder of Xin Xiang Ru Feng is an initiator, founder and leader of reading Blog of Ling Yan project. Therefore, my research is based on the clue which contains the contents of the teachers'personal Blog and their activities about expressing their status in the Blog.The existence and rapid development of teachers'Blog have proved its exsiting meaning. The emergence of teachers'Blog gives teachers the speaking right and promotes teachers'subject consciousness waken as individual life and ultimately points to teachers'own inner sense construction. Blog makes men find a way of extension on the network while teachers'Blog is a walk way to teaching profession. Teachers'Blog gives us the inspiration which perhaps leads us form an attitude and an approach of a proximate question that make us approach education in a more direct, interactive lifestyle.
