Lifelong learning put fully embody the subjectivity of learning, and network learning as a way of lifelong learning system that has become one of the most important way of middle school student learning. And the web-based autonomous learning ability of middle school students will directly influence the effectiveness and efficiency of Online-learning.The research analyzed the constitution of web-based autonomous learning ability, including the ability in getting online learning resources, the ability in evaluating online learning resources, the ability in managing online learning resources, the ability in processing online learning resources, the ability in applying online learning resources, self-management capacity of online learning and the ability in Web-Supported Collaborative Project-Based Learning. On this account, there is a questionnaire of the web-based autonomous learning ability of middle school students in Changchun, choosing students of two middle schools as the object of research. From that we can know the basic situation of using network, Cognitive attitudes to web-based autonomous learning, the development of web-based autonomous learning ability, analyzing the influence factors of the web-based autonomous learning ability of middle school students in Changchun, and present the reflection of cultivating web-based autonomous learning ability.
