| Web-based learning is a kind of independent style of learning, but this does not mean that learners can completely laissez-faire. It also needs a well mechanism of external monitor and timely evaluation feedback to help learners control the learning procedure and help teachers to understand the learner's learning state and learning problems. Timely evaluation in the students'network learning procedure is one of the best way of timely feedback to learners and improve the learning enthusiasm and monitor learners in the learning procedure. Evaluation of the learning procedure is a comprehensive evaluation through the evaluation of the learner's learning attitude, learning outcomes and learning procedure .On the one hand it gives learners with immediate feedback, so that it can timely correct learning problems, on the other hand through the continuing evaluation of learning behavior to help teachers understand the learning status and learning characteristics, in order to individual instruction. In order to develop an effective learning procedure of evaluation system for the timely monitoring and assessment of learners, we conducted a lot of research work. In this study, by the procedure of evaluation theory, evaluation of the concept of multiple intelligences theory and related educational measurement theory as a theoretical basis, and use of network database technology and computer programming technology, we develop a series of tools for the evaluation, including the learning motivation, learners initial capacity, class performance, meaningful review guide, study progress in contrast, recording of the learning procedure and the involvement of the learning procedure, and so on, which imbedded into the network module, in order to achieve comprehensive and detailed tracking of assessment and evaluation of collected data from a variety of scientific analysis to help learners to conduct in-depth self-analysis and help teachers personalize guidance. |
