Research On The Improvement Of Community Good Neighborly Environment Under The Regional Development Model

With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,urban residents tend to be more independent in their lifestyle while their material life is constantly enriched.The connection between community residents is declining and the interaction between community residents is insufficient,which seriously affects the acquisition of residents’ happiness and satisfaction.In view of the above problems,this study will use the professional method of social work to try to improve the good-neighborly relationship among community residents and create a relatively harmonious community environment.In this study,Y community in Changzhi City,Shanxi Province is taken as the research object,and services are provided to the target community under the guidance of regional development model.As one of the three community service models,The regional development model pays special attention to exerting the strength of the backbone of community residents,Encourage community residents to form internal motivation to promote community development in the process of self-service,Guided by this method,this study investigates the current situation of community residents’ good-neighborly relations through field visits,home visits and other methods,and finds that the breadth and depth of community residents’ interaction are lacking,and there is estrangement between residents,which even leads to the dilemma of "residents’ rescue delay" and "no one helps when encountering theft".In view of this situation,Wen Zhuang mainly sets up backbone groups,which drive community residents to explore community resources and condense community resources,so as to achieve the goal of improving the soft living environment of community residents and enhancing the level of good-neighborly relations among community residents.
