Analyse Children's Education Obligations Condition Of The Floating Population Of Hohhot

Floating population is a spoecial group in China's industrialization and urbanization,and inevitable result of market economy. Especially in the 1990s, while the scale of population floating was expanding, structure was also changing at the same time, the most significant changes in the structure of the floating population is "family" trend, which created the floating population's children education problem. As the capital of Inner Mongolia, lots of employees enter Huhhot,with large amounts of children go into various school. Therefore ,education demands significantly increased.Children of floating population refers to one or both parents go to the economic developed area for some business. The main problem they faced are unequal education opportunity and low education quality, which will effect the growing of the next generation, also influnce China compulsory education popularization and the establishment of harmonious society. Therefore, focusing on the education condition of the childer of floating population and solve the problem is not only accelerate modernization,bu also promote the balanced development of education, and have great significance to regional development.Tthis article on the basis of empirical study, through the analysis of the children education compulsory status of floating population in Hohhot, let people understand children education promble and reason,then puts forward the corresponding solutions.There are five chapter in this artcle : the first chapter including the research background, contents ,methods ,significance, the related definitions and literature review. The second chapter is about children education of the floating population in Huhhot, and through the data about their number of distribution, structure, this paper introduces the XingCheng district as an example,.
