Career for individuals, organizations and society is of great significance, career decides human existence and development. A substantial increase of enrollment and graduation of university students, the difficult problem of employment of college student emerged, and has aroused widespread concern in all aspects. And under the pressure of examination-oriented education and the college entrance examination, college students do not know why they go to cllege, lack of understanding school and major, confused, blind conformity, the pursuit of popular,they are not satisfied with what they have learned, blin employment,employment difficulties, job dissatisfaction, frequent job-hopping, career failure. In this paper, such a group of junior high school students as the research object, analyzed and studied their career awareness of the status quo and its impact and related factors as well as the relationship between variable of study motivation, hoping to improve the junior high school students for training and professional awareness This study mainly is divided into two parts, the first part is the study of the theory on career awareness,in order to make a theoretical arrangement about the relevant theory and research on career awareness domestic and abroad.The second part is the study of experience level of the evidence part on occupational consciousness,the study is divided into two sub-studies, the first sub-study was to develop a junior high school students career awareness questionnaire with a high degree of reliability and validity, the second sub-studies, mainly used self-compiled questionnaire and investigated the status of junior high school career awareness and anlyzed its impact characteristics factors and its relation with variable related to study motivation,with statistical methods such as independent samples T test,correlation analysis and regression analysis using analysis of variance.The main findings are as follows: First conclusion, the structure of self-compiled career awareness questionnaire is good, there are four factors,which are self-understanding, understanding of career, self-confidence and independence, reliability and validity of the questionare is relatively high, can be used as a reference of measurement tools.Scecond conclusion:Through measuring job search of career awareness aquestionnaire, you can see that the overall situation of the junior high school students'career awareness can not be optimistic, career awareness is relatively low. (1) all ages of junior high school students in career awareness of the overall sense and self-understanding, understanding of career, self-confidence and independence in all latitudes, there is no significant difference. There is a gradual downward trend of the overall development of career awareness with increasing age, but from 14-year-old to 15-year-old has been slightly higher. (2) the junior high school students in different grades in career awareness of the overall and self-understanding, understanding of career, self-confidence and independence in all factors, there is no significant difference, carreer awareness of the overall trend showed a V-shaped, the 2nd grade of junior high school is the lowest,followed by the 1st grade, the highest is the 3rd grades. (3) boys and girls in career awareness of the overall sense and self-understanding, understanding of career, self-confidence and independence in all factors, there is no significant difference. In career awareness in general, girl's scores are higher than boy's. (4) The different study achievement of junior high school students in career awareness of the overall and self-understanding, understanding of career, self-confidence and independence in all factors, there are very significant differences. Career awareness of the overall and self-understanding, understanding of career, self-confidence and independence in all factors, all with a corresponding increase in academic performance improved. (5) The father of their great impact on junior high school students and mothers of their great impact on junior high school students in career awareness of the overall and self-understanding, understanding of career, self-confidence and independence in all latitudes, there is no significant difference. In career awareness of the whole, the mother of their great impact on the students score are higher than the fathers of their great impact on students. (6) In junior high school students whose parents with different academic level in career awareness of the whole and self-understanding, understanding of career, self-confidence and independence in all latitudes, there are very significant differences. Career awareness of the whole and self-understanding, understanding of career, self-confidence and independence in all factors, all with the higher level of education of parents significantly increased. (7) In junior high school students whose parents with different career in career awareness of the overall and self-understanding, understanding of career and independent factors, there are significant differences. Self-esteem difference was not significant.Career awareness of the overall and self-understanding, understanding of career, self-confidence and independence in all factors, are rising along with the parents and higher occupational status. (8) household income of different junior high school students in career awareness of the overall and self-understanding, understanding of career and independent factors, there are significant differences. Self-esteem difference was not significant. (9) career awareness and study motivation among the various factors and total score were significantly positively correlated, that is, the higher the career awareness, motivation to learn the more stronger. (10) career awareness and motivation to learn the regression analysis, career awareness of the self-understanding, understanding of career and independence of the factors that can effectively predict motivation to learn, further analysis of career awareness of various factors on the motivation of the regression relationship between the various factors, career awareness of self-understanding,understanding of career,self-confidence and independence of the factors can effectively predict altruistic motivation, self-understanding, understanding of career and independence of the factors predict a higher; professional awareness of self-understanding, understanding of career and self-confidence factor can be effectively predict cognitive motive, including a higher predictive power career awareness of self-understanding, understanding of career, self-confidence and independence of the factors can effectively predict self-realization of motivation factors, self-understanding predicts higher.
