Itshows from several aspects, such as the shortage of the policies on career planningeducation and the neglection by high school. Therefore, is very necessary to achievecareer planning education to the university level down from the high school stage assoon as possible.And according to the evolving situation, to carry out high schoolcareer planning education is very necessary.In the course of the study used a variety of research methods literature,questionnaire and interview method. Mainly on the status of the Guangxi region ofordinary high school career planning education conducted a survey to different typesof ordinary high school as a sample field survey of school students surveyed in thecurrent situation relating to other aspects of self-awareness statistical data. Survey ofhigh school students’ educational needs strong career planning, career planning, butthe current situation is not satisfactory high school education.To solve the problem of missing and lagging high school career planningeducation, we should mainly four aspects, the government level, school level, familylevel and student level. I think the first thing the government should do is tostrengthen the career planning education policy-oriented efforts to increase financialsupport and the establishment of ancillary services and facilities; secondly schoolsshould strengthen the management of career planning education, the establishment ofa wide range of traditional forms of education as well as changes in the school ’steaching philosophy; again parents should pay attention to career planning education,education and change the past to improve their quality; Finally students shouldstrengthen self-management and self-awareness.
