But at present, our country ordinary high school education career development lags fairly, which is mainly manifested in the original curriculum system of education career and the elements of the vocational guidance has already can not adapt to the needs of the development of average high school, etc. Therefore, as quickly as possible from the university education career moves to the ordinary high school stage, and according to the developing situation, deepen education career in high school education stage, the concrete connotation and the requirement of career guidance for the original, improve education career pertinence and effectiveness of is imperative.This article first defines and analyses some concepts, such as profession, career, career planning, career education and so on, and clarifies the related concepts. In the process of research literature, using the questionnaire and interview method of research methods. Mainly for the ordinary high school in hebei province of career planning education status of the investigation, with different types of ordinary high school as the sample investigation on the investigation of the school, the students in vocational awareness, career choice, career planning consciousness, professional values and social awareness of the needs of the present aspects of statistical data. Investigation shows that main existing problems in vocational awareness below, choose the professional blindness greater self. In the aspect of career choice of the correct understanding of the self, self orientation is not accurate. In improper behavior, utilitarian tendency is also prominent tendency. There are also common for high school students in their career programming ability weak, professional and too high expectation value of social and economic interests of students to understand the needs of social demand truly adjust their career planning, etc.To solve ordinary high school education career planning and lack of possession, and on the lagging of average high school education career on the basis of the investigation of the reality, such as the combination of average high school education career.
