The Study On Rural Social Mobilization Mechanism

China is a significant dual structure of society in developing countries. Over the years, the state-dominated development of catching up modernization model, rapidly advancing urbanization and industrialization. In this context, for coordinating urban and rural development, the core of National Socialist ideology gradually increase the intensity of supply of public goods in rural areas, making efforts to solve the problem of the Household Contract Responsibility System, which are the main cause of the lack of public domain issues.However, under the current system, the most important actions to complete the prerequisite is the farmers involved in the realization of the national supply of public goods in rural areas.Therefore,this study is based on "process-Event Analysis" method, a village in southern Anhui Province of road project as a case of actors,trying to explain the motives of public events. The survey found that rural social mobilization which is making farmers involved in the public sphere, promoted village development of the internal power source derived. Need to talk about, in the rural context of management system reform,How to make the rural social mobilization be possible? What is the impact of the social basis for rural communities to mobilize? and what is the operation of the logic and value?To solve the above problems, this study is divided into five parts. Chapter I introduction, proposes questions consciousness, review domestic and international mobilization theory, and explain theoretical framework and research methods. The Chapter II presents the main outline and the basic characteristics of the village structure type, status and implementation of the project villages to mobilize the background of the origin system. The Chapterâ…¢on the mobilization of the main, that is, the role of village cadres, the analysis of characteristics and behavior patterns to explain the weaving villages in the context of multiple relationships, which has becomed a significant mobilization of construction of the path issues. The Chapter IV based on the village community-based analysis of social identity, proof of rural public goods supply system, the village community of integration mechanisms and the logic of collective action to mobilize the object.The Chapter V conclusions and Implications section, this study is that the operation of rural social mobilization mechanisms associated with the rural social structure, and that the mobilization of the main topics of poly construction and recognition process, in real terms is a process of reconstruction of rural social relations. Reconstruction is the relationship between rural social mobilization practical logic. On this basis, This study attempts to explore the significance of diversified village participation model is able to improve the efficiency of social mobilization and supply of rural public goods.
