The Study On The Graduates' Internship Coordination Mechanism

In recent years,along with the university education from the elite to civilian, every year there are many college students are facing the problem of employment,which becomes a heavy burden besides housing,healthy care and education. Caused by the financial storm broken out at the end of 2008,the employment cold makes the situation worser. The graduates'employment not only relates with the interests of the students'own, but with the society stability and the realization of harmonious society as well.Thus,the government issued a policy which indicates it will take 3 years to organize more than 1 million graduates to join internship. However, the internship history in China is not long nor perfect,thus,it is important to set up an effective and coordinated internship mechanism into which can not only help to ease the employment confliction, to release the graduates'pressure, to promote the graduates'transformation of social identity and help to make the human beings'all-round development and the harmonious society true. Therefore,as the author, I want to discuss the graduates'coordinated internship mechanism from four parts.PartⅠFirstly, I have arranged the development process of the domestic graduates'internship mechanism and preliminarily analyzed the background of the "1 million in 3 years" graduates'internship program. Secondly, I introduced the overseas graduates'internship mechanism in detail,such as the Hong Kong "YPTP·YWETS",the German "Dual Apprenticeship System" and the Japan "Internship System",and from which cases I want to point out the key success facts for the development of domestic "Graduates'Internship Mechanism"PartⅡBased on the practical cases,I discussed the values of the graduates'internship mechanism, through which, the graduates would learn the professional morality, learn to pick up the suitable post, learn to foster the career skills including interpersonal handling and work skills and learn to improve personal values and psychological adjustment to realize the all-round development of one's own.PartⅢAlthough the internship mechanism can help to relieve the graduates'employment confliction and promote the students'all-round development,it still has a lot of problem from the very beginning. I have conducted in-depth analysis based on the present situation of college apprentice activities and found out that:on one hand, the graduates'internship mechanism has got great achievement with the supports and concerns from government,enterprises and society;on the other hand,the graduates'internship mechanism runs in low-efficiency because of the conflictions among internship complete construction, area benefit,market demand and students'comprehensive quality and so on.Part IV Based on the actual development of graduates'internship mechanism, I think that the promotion of the students'all-round development should be the real principle,below which guide,we could discuss the roles that government,enterprises and colleges would play in promoting the coordination of the graduates'internship mechanism.
