Transformational leadership (Transformational Leadership) is 80 since the last century of Western Leadership Theory in a hot issue, and has become the new paradigm of leadership theory. Leadership the focus of evaluation research is the effectiveness of leadership, whether domestic and foreign enterprises, the organizational development and organizational change are largely dependent on the success of the effectiveness of leadership, reform of China's private enterprises at the micro level is needed leadership theory guidance. The study reviewed and summarized the research on the basis of leadership, of our university sports teams in transformational leadership style on the impact of leadership effectiveness. Mainly from the athletes for the effectiveness of leadership training satisfaction and performance of athletes training for the two angles. In the analysis process, the introduction of demographic variables and organizational variables as control variables to explore their effectiveness of transformational leadership and leadership influence.Through extensive literature review, combing the effectiveness of leadership theory and leadership theory of production process, summed up the past, scholars on the transformational leadership theory empirical research, and research status under the proposed purpose of this study and research content, while in the theoretical analysis based on the proposed empirical model and assumptions.This paper used to measure transformational leadership scholars Chaoping, when the survey in the MLQ-5x on the basis of the Chinese people to be tested and developed Transformational Leadership Questionnaire (Transformational Leadership Questionnaire), includes four dimensions:moral offer as an example, like King motivation, leadership charm and personalized care. As for the effectiveness of the investigation led by employee job satisfaction and job performance of two criterion. Minnesota Satisfaction Scale were used (Short Form) and Sun Jianmin, Jiao Changquan the management structure of job performance, Borman & Motowidlo surrounding the classification performance, and Hu Jian, and other performance-related master's thesis on the basis of literature designed to job performance Scale. Employee job satisfaction scale consists of two dimensions:task performance and contextual performance.This paper takes a random sample of 11 college athletes in high level sports teams this study,394 valid questionnaires were collected, using SPSS13.0 for reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, the main conclusions of the study include:1. TLQ idea of reliability in our university sports teams in the organizational context was validated.2. The four dimensions of transformational leadership and leadership effectiveness significant correlation.3. Demographic variables and organizational variables will affect the athletes on the transformational leadership behaviors and leadership effectiveness assessment.
