Research On The Developing Student Evaluation System Of Colleges And Universities In China

As a evaluation of individual student's growth and development, the evaluation of college student is directly related to the quality of higher education, the construction and management of colleges, and the fundamental development of the students. College student evaluation system is a basic important system of the higher education system as one standard college student evaluation, which is aimed to order the student assessment in colleges, to protect the quality of student assessment, and to promote the development of students. By the guidance of the concept of quality education, our country's higher education personnel evaluation and the examination system reform have made a great achievement. However, the evaluation of colleges doesn't get rid of the shackles of traditional teaching in essence, which always puts more attention on the common development and the evaluation neglects the personal development. This situation seriously restricts the cultivation of talents with innovative development requirements. In order to make the student evaluation system into full play and also reflect the "people-oriented" evaluation of ideas, we make the concept of the development of evaluation system for our university students evaluation into full implementation. It also provides a new perspective for our universities students'evaluation system's development. In this paper, we use the literature research and historical analysis methods; do a systematic study on the evaluation system about the construction of university student's evaluation.The paper is divided into five parts, based on the spirits of putting forward the questions, analysing the questions and solving the questions, around one problem that is why Chinese universities should implement the developmental system of student evaluation, the problems of the student evaluation system nowadays in our country, the implementation of the development of student evaluation system solutions. The first part introduces the research background and significance, at home and abroad on college students' review of the evaluation system, content, ideas, methods, and innovation. The second part is the development of the theory of student evaluation system. From philosophy, sociology, education, psychology, management perspectives of development of university students demonstrated evaluate the feasibility and necessity of system construction, which provides theoretical basis of the development of China's college student evaluation system. The third part is the development of college students in the evaluation of historical research. To analyse the development of higher education evaluation process of change, to get more clear of that evaluation is an inevitable trend of modern education evaluation; check up the development of China's education course evaluation system, evaluation system of higher education students in the history of development. The fourth part is about college student assessment system status and the mishaps of our countries. Through analysis the situation of our university practice on the student evaluation system, based on the evaluation requirements of student development evaluation, get the reasons of our country's system of university students' problems, for providing realistic basis for the development of Chinese universities and enhancing and improve the student evaluation system. The fifth part is the development of college student assessment system construction of the proposed strategy. On the theoretical and operational levels, it is very important to strengthen and improve the development of our university system, building student evaluation measures and recommendations.
