Nowadays, China is experiencing the adjustment of industrial structure and thetransformation of economic development. A lot of technology-based, high-skilledpersonnels are required for economic and social development, the cultivation ofwhom depends on the effective higher vocational colleges’ school-enterprisecooperation. However, at present the quality of personnel cultivation of highervocational colleges shrinks a lot for the reason of series of difficulties and problemsduring higher vocational colleges’ school-enterprise cooperation, resulting in thefailure of satisfaction for the current economic and social demands oftechnology-based, high-skilled personnels.Reasonable and effective operationalmechanism of higher vocational colleges’ school-enterprise cooperation is the basicguarantee of sustainable and in-depth development of higher vocational colleges’school-enterprise cooperation and it’s also the optimal choice to solve the series ofdifficulties and problems.By reviewing the problems which exist during higher vocational colleges’school-enterprise cooperation from the perspective of Game Theory,the paper findout the deep-seated reason of its problems, the reason is that there are problems in theoperational mechanism of higher vocational colleges’ school-enterprise cooperation,then the paper offers the proposals of improving suggestions for operationalmechanism of higher vocational colleges’ school-enterprise cooperation from theperspective of Game Theory on the basis of analyzing the current situation of China’soperating of higher vocational colleges’ school-enterprise cooperation.This paper isdivided into six chapters:Chapter1is an introduction, describing the background, purpose, significance,research status as well as the framework, the content and methods of this paper.Chapter2is an overview of Game Theory and the operational mechanism ofhigher vocational colleges’ school-enterprise cooperation,briefly introducing GameTheory,explaining the content and organization system of operational mechanism ofhigher vocational colleges’ school-enterprise cooperation, and analyzing the application of Game Theory in higher vocational colleges’ school-enterprisecooperation.Chapter3researchs on the status of operating of higher vocational colleges’school-enterprise cooperation, and the key point is to identify the problems existing inthe operating of higher vocational colleges’ school-enterprise cooperation throughquestionnaires.Chapter4mainly analyses the problems of operating of higher vocationalcolleges’ school-enterprise cooperation for the understanding of its problems from theperspective of Game Theory and find out the deep-seated reason of its problems,thereason is that there are problems in the operational mechanism of higher vocationalcolleges’ school-enterprise cooperation.Chapter5offers the proposals of improving suggestions for operationalmechanism of higher vocational colleges’ school-enterprise cooperation from theperspective of Game Theory, the process of which is the proposals of improvingsuggestions for different factors in the operational mechanism based on theframework of the functional mechanism,it’s a process to offers the proposals ofimproving suggestions for operational mechanism of higher vocational colleges’school-enterprise cooperation from the perspective of Game Theory on the foundationof Chapter4.Chapter6is a summary of the contents of this paper.
