Class autonomous management is a challenge to the traditional class management,which reflects the new curriculum reform,and embodies the "people-oriented" concept of education.It can stimulate the students' self-management,self-education awareness,to promote students' independent consciousness and ability,promote all-round development of students,while helping to enhance the cohesion of the class,improve the class management efficiency.However,due to many factors,there are backward students in the class,they are weaker in some aspects,such as moral character,academic achievement,which are the so-called "underachievers",these special groups are also existed in autonomous management of the class.For a long time,the problem of the transformation of backward students has been highly valued by educators and psychologists.Though many teachers pay much attention on the transformation of backward students,try all the way to try,the results are not good,instead of changing them,it may cause a series of problems.Some teachers even give them up,the students give themselves too.According to the underachievers' "dilemma" situation,the implementation of the independent management of was carried out in the A class of Tuanfeng middle school.We took detailed investigation of the basic situation of students,class self-management,student's self-cognition,self-emotion,self-will,and behavior and so on,and found that large part of class students had a crush on mobile phone,computer games,without realizing that their behavior is poor,weak self-control,and their family education has a lot of problems as well.Then analyzing deeply about the reasons for the formation of backward students in four aspects: themselves,the school,their family,and the society.Studies on A class in Tuanfeng middle school by questionnaire investigation,interview and statistics found that the reason that affecting the formation of underachievers can be concluded in many aspects,including the self-cognition is not clear,self-emotional fragile,weak self-will,self-behavior bad habits;ignorance ofnon-intellectual factors of school,single mode of education evaluation mechanism,improper way of education;improper family education,the influence of the family environment;complex social environment,The effect of the uselessness of study.Based on these factors,the following strategies are put forward to transform backward students:To stimulate students' individual perspectives from various aspects,including leading backward students to have correct self-cognition,positive emotion,to sharpen the underachiever's self-will,to promote good behavior and habits;teachers flexibly use the idea of "six Emancipations",let backward students participate in class autonomous management;parents guide actively and boldly let go.Cultivating children's self-management ability from life,learning,emotions,behavior,habits of these aspects;and creating a good social awareness of the whole community,which can help the underachievers' education.
