As our country continue to develop since the reform and opening, music appreciation teaching in junior middle school as a important part of basic education is also facing a good opportunity to make great progress and have made certain achievements, however, some problems came up during the process of such improvement. In connection with discipline, the concept of combining teaching,course objectives, teaching contents and teaching methods also exist awareness mistake, have not received due attention.A lack of attention to the music appreciation teching in junior middle school among leadership positions,,although it shoud develop and improve the quality of students in a new curriculum reform. It is short of effective safeguard mechanism to promote the healthy development of music appreciation lessons in junior middle school. Many middle-schools still put enrolment rate as the top priority by traditional thinking, and it put music appreciation lessons in junior middle school to be a dispensable "minor subject". Many music teachers have the lack of a sense of belonging and teachiong positivity in that case. In addition, it also affected understanding, of middle-schools to music appreciation lessons neglected by the society including parents authorities. Some students take a passive attitude to study.Author investigate the deep cause from the current existed problems in music appreciation lessons in junior middle school in Shulan, by pedagogic and psychology theory, by Archival and questionnaire survey. And put forward some suggestions for the development strategy about how to improve the teaching of music appreciation lessons in Shulan junior middle school. To further regulate music appreciation lessons in junior middle school in Shulan, effectively improve teaching level and promote music aesthetic ability and offer gist to solve blindness and randomness in music appreciation lessons in junior middle school.Through the analysis and study, the results show that:Firstly, there are many current existed problems in music appreciation lessons in junior middle school in Shulan, and hard to adjust to the subject to raise their comprehensive qualities in full scale in the new century. Which mainly manifested in lack in teachers, the teacher specialization level was low, teaching method is relatively old, lack of school begins rate, slow to update necessary eachingattachments of seeing and hearing, Lack Up-to-Date about teaching material and lack of reasonable teaching evaluation standard.It bounds go-aheadism and creativeness of children by aforementioned factors. Children are hard to fully engaged and acquire deeply artistic experience. Consequently, a process improvement action may be required to develop their interests and acquire deeply artistic experience.Secondly, It shoud be a process improvement action acording the current existed problems in music appreciation lessons in junior middle school in Shulan in several ways. The department in charge of education administration and middle school Director should highly value music appreciation lessons in junior middle school, tighten up Group of teachers, set up synthetic evaluation of music appreciation lessons in junior middle school, strengthened the construction and innovation of teaching material, improve the existing teaching facilities by using various means, positively exploit teaching resources outside the school, Increase communication with parents.
