Researching Continuous Education Mode About Cooperation Between School And Enterprise

Continuous education are attached more and more importance to in this fast developing society. The concept of lifelong education has already been imbued in people since continuous education plays an increasingly important role in position promotion, job-switch and the flow of talents. Therefore, all countries in the world are trying to build an education system that can follow the trend of lifelong learning. With it rich and high-quality education resources, advanced education concepts and complete education facilities, university has now become a vital institution to offer continuous education. On the other hand, driven by the highly-developed market economy, fast advancement of management science, and constantly changing market environment, the enterprise demands more of its management personnel than ever before. The management personnel are expected to be more capable of communicating, coordinating, executing, group cooperating and knowledge updating. Thus, to achieve its sustainable development, it is necessary for the enterprise to set up a learning-oriented culture and atmosphere, where the management never stop acquiring knowledge and enhancing their overall ability. In this situation, the advantage of education resources of the university and the employment and practice opportunity available in the enterprise make it possible and a natural choice for both parties to set up a long-term cooperation mechanism.
