Autism is a kind of neurodevelopmental disorder. It is chiefly characterized by communication problems, lack of social skills and behavior problems. The three major biochemical problems of autism are chronic inflammation, oxidative stress, and toxicity. Aggressive behavior is a common problem for children with autism. It is a body or language behavior which is not allowed by society.This is a case study of an American teenager girl of autism, who has aggressive behaviors. The goal of the case study is to analyse the reason of her aggressive behaviors and then find some resolutions to control them.The methods of this research are case study, literature collection, and observation. It is found that the reason of her aggressive behavior is caused by physical factors, psychological factors, direct stimulates, family and society factors. Physical factors include diet dysfunction, health problems, teenager problems; psychological factors include communication problems, lack of trust, loneliness, lack of acknowledge, bored, and so on; direct stimulation means the sounds and crowded environment; family and society factors include the way of the family raises the child, the family condition and the good examples of behavior for care-givers. So to solve the problems, we can try gluten free and casein free diet, supplements, effective communications, gaining trust, animal-assisted, school education and family environment.The conclusion is that the solutions are helpful for the girl to keep her daily life normally. But we also need more supports to improve her thought. So she will pay attention to something meaningful to get a better life.
