As the state pre-school social reforms, as well as the state distribution system of graduates reforms, kindergarten teachers have become a highly mobile force. China is a large agricultural country, increasing the overall financial input of early childhood education is the key to success of rural preschools. Early childhood development in human life plays an important role, it should not be overlooked. Early childhood education is the key to good education, stable teaching force. In fact, in the rural township kindergartens, more frequent turnovers of teachers, undoubtedly, have seriously affected the quality of preschool education in rural areas. It enhances and increases the urban-rural dual impact of educational equity.This article is based on 9 kindergartens in Wangji town last five years' mobile conditions of teachers conducted in-depth investigations, by serving 61 teachers of kindergartens, child care satisfaction survey,25 cases of flow over the preschool teachers deep interviews. An analysis of the data, the flow of kindergarten teachers found Wangji town mobility situation is as follows:1.extremely high turnover rate of child care teachers in 2007 reached up to 39.68%.2. In Wangji town preschool, the mobility of the main body are around 29 years teachers who have up to 2 years of teaching experience or more experienced child care teachers; in the academic side, it showcases a high degree mobility trend.3. from the mobility direction of view, Wangji town preschool teachers is essentially a vertical upward flow, including:from village to town, private, private flows to the Public from the town park and private flows, from the Public Garden to the primary or secondary schools, there was a teacher who eventually went to another industry. New forces in the nursery are mainly local women who want to become kindergarten teachers. Relatively free flow manner, as long as teachers have a flow like, can generally be mobile. This irrational flow and increased the source of the rural child care teachers with the strength to bear the situation, also makes rural areas difficult to improve the quality of early childhood education. The main mobility factors of Wangji town kindergarten teachers are:state financial input in early childhood education is relatively low, while the early childhood education to the society, resulting in overall low wages of child care teachers, nursery management of absence, the shortcomings of individual teachers and the community Child care teachers, the lack of, affect the flow of kindergarten teachers.In summary, this article on how to guide children in rural towns and reasonable movement of teachers to make the following recommendations:government should increase investment in early childhood education in rural areas, improvement of rural kindergartens do park conditions to improve the treatment of teachers, the whole society should pay attention to and support the rural early childhood education, kindergarten improve their management, individual teachers to enhance their own quality, the joint efforts of a few parties to build a reasonable mechanism for the flow of kindergarten teachers.I hope Wang Ji town of kindergarten teachers, can act as a " it mountain of stone, could besiege jade " the role of nursery for other towns and help bring some enlightenment, common efforts to stabilize the work of kindergarten teachers.
