In Wangji town preschool, the mobility of the main body are around 29 years teachers who have up to 2 years of teaching experience or more experienced child care teachers; in the academic side, it showcases a high degree mobility trend.3. from the mobility direction of view, Wangji town preschool teachers is essentially a vertical upward flow, including:from village to town, private, private flows to the Public from the town park and private flows, from the Public Garden to the primary or secondary schools, there was a teacher who eventually went to another industry. New forces in the nursery are mainly local women who want to become kindergarten teachers. Relatively free flow manner, as long as teachers have a flow like, can generally be mobile. This irrational flow and increased the source of the rural child care teachers with the strength to bear the situation, also makes rural areas difficult to improve the quality of early childhood education.
