College Student Employment Guidance System Construction Study

College students' employment guidance to promote college students' employment is one of the important means, at the same time, college students employment guidance and daily teaching is an important part of the management. With the increasing of the number of college graduates, college students employment problems become whole society, national issues of concern. Ministry of education attaches great importance to college students' employment, established national college students employment guidance center, and successively and 2006 and 2008 "national college graduates network alliance" and "national college students employment public service platform of three-dimensional". The ministry of education in China, actively promote the universities have established employment guidance for graduates, employment guidance. In recent years, the universities employment instruction work has achieved great development, however, many problems also not allow to ignore. These problems include college students employment guidance institutions, weak, personnel employment guidance curriculum not system, employment guidance teachers specialty, employment guidance incoherence, lacking pertinence, etc.This article attempts from the universities employment instruction situation, identifying root causes, suit the remedy to the case, put forward rationalization proposals and countermeasures. Through the analysis of literature, investigation and research, the interview from the phenomenon of gradual clear, silk, layer upon layer, college students employment guidance of various problems of university students' employment guidance from universities, lack of ideas without clear objectives, guiding employment of graduates employment process mainly focused on existing in employment guidance, short-term, and scattered.In this paper that college students' employment guidance by the various problems of another important reason is that college students employment system is widely ignored. Through constructing the college students' employment guidance system, can effectively integrate school employment guidance resources, unified cognition, overall planning, promoting college students' employment guidance for solving the problem of employment guidance, play advantage.
