From the founding of our country to the present, constantly adjusting course content, curricula, etc, are all searching for personal development, social development and educational value, and thus guiding our educational practice. Educational value of the change will eventually have to implement the specific subject teaching, language teaching in this process is the best embodiment of the subject of educational value. The implementation of educational value changes mainly through the language curriculum, language teaching materials and teaching to reflect reality. The changes of the educational values can be divided into three time periods: the early days of the Cultural Revolution; the reform and opening time to the 20th century; the 21 century.
