Liaocheng Only-child School With The Only-child Pe Teachers' Job Satisfaction Of Comparative Study

Teacher satisfaction with the work situation for the ability of teachers to actively participate in the teaching to play a crucial role. In this study, literature survey and interviews on the one-child Liaocheng secondary physical education teachers the status of job satisfaction conducted a preliminary analysis and discussion.Major findings are as follows:1.Liaocheng one-child and non-only children in secondary schools physical education teachers in job satisfaction level of one-child physical education teacher job satisfaction is lower than the share of non-one-child physical education teacher job satisfaction of sharing that physical education teachers for one-child the degree of work satisfaction than non-only-child physical education teacher job satisfaction, from the p (0.573) Value of view, do not have statistical significance.2.In job satisfaction in various dimensions, both physical education teachers one-child or non-one-child physical education teachers, the work itself be divided equally between the dimensions are the highest, indicating that the job satisfaction of the five dimensions of satisfaction with the work itself is relatively high.3.The one-child physical education teachers and non-only-child physical education teachers in the other four dimensions in turn are divided equally between the work environment, while the lowest income,belonged to the middle, the one-child physical education teacher job satisfaction degrees in these four dimensions are less than the corresponding non-one-child physical education teachers, although no significant difference.4.In the income dimension, from p (0.003) values, we can see that the one-child and non-only-child high school physical education teachers between job satisfaction significant difference.5.From the analysis of related variables, school type, schools, the nature and title of the one-child and non-only-child high school physical education teachers affect job satisfaction, and gender, age and qualifications of the one-child and non-only-child high school physical education teachers without job satisfaction impact.
