Centenary Plan,education-oriented;education plan,teacher-oriented.With the comprehensive deepening of the reform of the teaching staff in the new era and the continuous promotion of the construction of the "sports powerhouse",the state has put forward higher requirements for the profession of PE teachers.Public P.E.teachers in colleges and universities bear the responsibility of serving public sports in colleges and universities,the professional satisfaction of public P.E.teachers can intuitively reflect the appeal of the group of public PE teachers.In recent years,there is a certain correlation between Dalian college sports brain Drain and its salary and welfare and working environment.Studies have shown that job satisfaction is a teacher's attitude towards his profession,as well as an intrinsic feeling of factors such as the working environment.This paper investigates the professional satisfaction of public P.E.teachers in 13 colleges and universities in Dalian,probes into the general situation and influencing factors of professional satisfaction of public P.E.teachers in Dalian colleges and universities,and puts forward specific strategies to enhance their professional satisfaction,which will improve the remuneration and treatment of public P.E.teachers in colleges and universities,To improve professional status and improve professional happiness to provide theoretical support and practical guidance.By means of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical Statistics,this paper investigates and analyzes the professional satisfaction of public P.E.teachers in Dalian colleges and universities,and understands the professional satisfaction of Dalian public P.E.teachers at present,in order to enhance the theoretical basis for strengthening the construction of public P.E.teachers in Dalian colleges and universities.The results of the study mainly include:(1)There is no difference in gender in the professional satisfaction of public P.E.teachers in colleges and universities in Dalian,and there are significant differences in teaching age,education,marital status,income status,job title and so on.(2)The influencing factors of professional satisfaction of public P.E.teachers in colleges and universities include in Dalian: work itself,salary and welfare,interpersonal relationship,work environment,leadership management,etc.(3)Strategies to improve the professional satisfaction of public P.E.teachers in Dalian colleges and universities: to assist public physical education teachers to do a good job in career planning and give full play to their personal talents;The Education Department attaches importance to physical education and improves the social status of P.E.teachers;strengthens communication between teachers and students,and establishes harmonious and equal interpersonal relationships;It refers to the level of investment in efficient public sports funds,improve the assessment system and content,and actively build a team of outstanding public sports teachers.In response to the results of the study,the following recommendations are made:(1)Optimizing the management methods and assessment standards of public P.E.teachers in colleges and universities,and the management and assessment methods of public P.E.teachers in colleges and universities with more humanized system.(2)The relevant departments to increase the financial expenditure on public physical education in colleges and universities to ensure that public PE teachers can have a matching salary and benefits treatment.(3)To create a good social atmosphere and improve the political status,social status and professional status of public P.E.teachers in colleges and universities.
