Professor Shi Ningzhong pointed out that recent amendments to the "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards" emphasized in the traditional double-base based on the further addition of mathematics basic idea and basic activities of experience as a four-base. This shows that mathematics is a human culture, its contents, ideas, methods and language of modern civilization and an important component. Teachers should help students in self-exploration and cooperation and exchange to really understand and master the basic mathematical knowledge and skills, mathematical ideas and methods, access to a wide range of mathematical activities in the experience. Thus, in mathematics teaching in the penetration of mathematical thinking education should be as a new curriculum in mathematics teaching must grasp the teaching requirement.In this paper, to learn and master the mathematical way of thinking of the significance of analysis of the current junior high school mathematics thinking in the teaching and learning of the problems, strengthen mathematical way of thinking infiltration of the basis and the basic principles and in teaching to strengthen mathematical way of thinking permeate the practice of exploration and reflection The four areas examined, combined with the author's teaching practice to explain how the mathematical way of thinking used in teaching penetration.
