The new curriculum stressed that the education must be humanist, pays attention to person's own development, but educates the primary purpose is not only the knowledge and experience's transmission, educates more importantly must realize to the person perfect personality mold. Recent year, each article alarmed campus suicide case, student's crime event occurs unceasingly, the age has the tendency getting smaller. A each one blood's lesson, not only lets us ponder the education the basic intention: The academic record can show the student all? Neglected the personality in the education process to foster the education?Myself have neglected the education original intention in view of the modern education regarding the college entrance examination this center development, has neglected the education which fosters to person's personality. What because myself am engaged in is the orphan educates, in the practical work each kind of situation which appears facing the orphan student, deeply felt that carries on the personal education regarding the orphan the importance and the urgency, lets the orphan under the entire society's care, under the school careful cultivation, goes out the innermost feelings haze, in the future will have a joyful life.The article divides into three parts。The first part: The factor which from the perfect personality's standard, the influence personality form embarks, elaborates the personal education in now to educate the importance, analyzed has affected the factor which the orphan personality formed. In all factors, emphasized the school and the teacher, in the personality forms the direct effect.The second part: First elaborated the historical discipline in the personal education aspect's superiority, the historical discipline's content's universality, thorough student's personal education provided much to the orphan had the pedagogical meaning source material. Next emphasized in the orphan teacher's to orphan student personality forming process exemplary role, orphan's special life experience and the living conditions, had decided their life more comes under teacher's influence in the study.The third part: Unifies the new curriculum reform, elaborated from the practice stratification plane how to carry on orphan's personal education in the historical teaching. Through the historical teaching practice, guides the orphan student to form the perfect personality characteristic, realizes the education primary purpose fully, lets the orphan move toward the society by the healthy point of view, walks into the later life。From ancient times till now, the personal education is an education eternal topic. In 2002, President Hu Jintao once spoke, lets the entire society care about orphan's growth. As minority groups, orphan's healthy development important social meaning。But, now also are very so far few about orphan's education teaching research, many topics need the educator to carry on the unceasing exploration and the research, the rich orphan educates the theory, lets the orphan student under the entire society's concern, healthy development.
