People who trained by the traditional "teaching-based" forms of education can not meet the demands of modern society in 21st century. Both the cultivation of innovative talents and development of the students' personality will be important tasks of education. Personalized Instruction obviously becomes the goal of educational reform. As we all know, Information Technology has greatly changed ways of work, communication, as well as our life style, of couse included teaching methods. Under the condition of modern information technology, the most obvious feature of teaching and learning activities is to satisfy individual needs of students, Information Technology provides technical support for Personalized Instruction.This paper is based on a brief overview about Personalized Instruction, it is focused on the feasibility of Personalized Instruction which regard Moodle as the platform. Though the way of choosing Moodle personalized modules, and developing the course "instruction system design", realize Personalized Instruction which is supported by Moodle platform.The innovation of this article is to adopt eMM evaluation system in the end, to evaluate cases by the method of quantization, which draws the reference data and charts that can improve learning process actions, development process actions, cooperation process actions, evaluation process actions and organization process actions.
