The new curriculum standard that “Advocating the learning mode of autonomy, cooperation, inquiry in students is able to improve the quality of Information Accomplishment for students in the interest of independent activities. It is an important way to train students to take the initiative to explore, unity and cooperation, innovation.” The author found a direction and end point of this study after a summary of the current status in research value and research methods about the Moodle platform and the autonomous collaborative learning which based on this concept of the new curriculum standard. We can conduct the design and practice and research work of teaching in making works, from the perspective of Combination between the Moodle platform and the autonomous collaborative learning after analyzing the era background and courseThe author does a Research on the various features of the Moodle platform, and find out the differences between the network classroom and traditional classroom, then making the design of the autonomous collaborative learning in high science and technology information teaching which based on the Moodle platform, after the analysis of the prominent problems of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning habits which affect the validity of the high science and technology information teaching. We conduct the guided study from excellent resources and the self learning following along Massive micro video tutorial and the Collaborative learning with grouping tasks by using the advantage of the curriculum resources management on the Moodle platform.We conduct the design of target learning and layered works learning combining with the teaching mode of Autonomous and cooperative learning with an education system that puts our students in the center. We use the diversified Evaluation and feedback which improve the teaching effectiveness and the Class reflection intensity to conduct the design of Evaluation and feedback During the process of practice in the classroom, We do many things such as implementing the design principle of interface style in teaching in making works which is based on the Moodle platform and define the range of curriculum resources, finding the specific form which improve the autonomy and cooperation leaning, understanding the requirements of each layer in the optimization management in Autonomous and cooperative learning, Putting forward the cautions of effective evaluation methods, finding the security foundation that to implement the process of evaluation.We obtained the following three conclusions through the discussion and analysis of the results of practice. The Moodle platform is the ideal platform to promote autonomous and cooperative learning in information technology disciplines. The autonomous collaborative learning in high science and technology information teaching which based on the Moodle platform is an ideal way to improve the students’ stability based on knowledge. The autonomous collaborative learning in high science and technology information teaching which based on the Moodle platform is an ideal choice for improving students’ innovation and practical ability.
