With the deepening of the new curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools,the job satisfaction of physical education teachers has gradually become the main bottleneck restricting the implementation of PE curriculum.Study on job satisfaction of physical education teachers in primary school,to stimulate and maintain the enthusiasm of PE teachers in the teaching and class management,contribute to the sports teachers' professional development and build a stable and efficient team of young PE teachers in primary school.This study used questionnaire survey method,interview method,literature and mathematical statistics,investigation and study of 19 primary school six District of Suzhou City,the 190 primary school physical education teachers and 150 ordinary teachers in the primary school,has carried on the analysis from the six dimensions of self realization,leadership and management,working pressure,colleague relationship,social recognition and the return of work.From the overall and various dimensions of the primary school physical education teachers in Suzhou city and the satisfaction of the differences between teachers,as well as primary school physical education teachers in all dimensions of demographic differences.The main results are as follows:(1)From the overall point of view,Suzhou city primary school physical education teachers and primary school teachers' job satisfaction is in the middle level,the overall satisfaction level of primary school physical education teachers is slightly higher than the primary school teachers.Job satisfaction is at a high level of leadership and management,the relationship between colleagues and self realization,and is at a low level in the work return and work stress.Social recognition,the primary school teachers are significantly higher than the primary school physical education teachers,while theprimary school physical education teachers are significantly higher than ordinary teachers.(2)The dimensions of job satisfaction of physical education teachers in primary school as follows: colleague relationships >self-realization > leadership and management > social recognition > working pressure >repay;The various dimensions of job satisfaction for teachers in ordinary primary school ranking:self-realization >leadership and management >colleague relationships > social recognition > repay > working pressure.(3)The gender factor,male and female teachers in primary school in each dimension there was no significant difference in the marital status;factors,in addition to the working pressure,the other side does not have significant differences;in different grades,in addition to self realization and other aspects are not significant difference;the injury factor,all dimensions are not significant differences in factors;in return for work and overall job satisfaction have significant difference.In the age,seniority,title three variables,with the increase of age and seniority,promotion positions,gradually improve primary school PE Teachers' job satisfaction level.Based on the above research results,this article mainly from the social level,school level,teacher level,according to the Suzhou city primary school P.E.Teachers' job satisfaction status is put forward to improve the teacher management system,the establishment of a fair and equitable promotion mechanism,improve primary school physical education teachers in primary school physical education teachers' occupation moral qualities.Some countermeasures and suggestions.
