Under the new basic education curriculum reform, the study of teaching quality evaluation is always a focus for many teaching professors. Which, the classroom teaching quality is a hot research. However, although many experts and scholars dedicated to set up the related classroom teaching quality monitoring system, the combination of subject teaching in the establishment of classroom teaching quality monitoring system, which at present are few. The issue analysis the elements which construct the classroom teaching and theirs impact on the formation of classroom teaching quality, and then combined with the characteristics of physical education, and apply some related theories to be the foundation to set up a physics classroom teaching quality monitoring system. In the course of the study, we take a High School of Changchun for example where the Physics classroom teaching quality monitoring system goes into effect. Through the analysis of problems and practice drawn inspiration in this implementation process,we further improve the physical classroom teaching quality monitoring system in theory building.
