Class observation is a kind of scientific education research method which has been applied to educational activities as well as a scientific way of class evaluation. Ideology and Political Course, as an obligatory subject of high school education program, poses a significant positive effect on both the students'knowledge on this subject and the students'ideology and moral development. Therefore, it is of great importance in the growth and development of senior students to establish a well-organized teaching system and to improve education quality of this course. Introducing a scientific class evaluation method, has an great influence on a deeper analysis of the course's teaching process, while at the meantime, improves the professionalism of teachers and the cultural establishment of the school. The essay, primarily focusing on this point, proposes the discovery of real beauty of the class and applied the class observation method into the education of ideology and political course.The essay mainly focuses on the following three parts:Part I: Proposes a research method of class observation; introduces the concept and theory background of class evaluation; analyses the features of class observation and its specialty in appliance.Part II: Discusses the necessity of this method: it's positive effects on the improvement of the course's quality, the teachers'professionalism, the students'productivity; it provides the base ground of education revolution.Part III: Further discusses the practical strategy in appliance; on the base of outlining the specialty of Ideology and Political Course, points out every actual step in research: observes categories; makes tables; notices on the process of classroom teaching and the restriction of the method.In general, Ideology and Political Course in high school education needs class observation, this new form of class evaluation. We should propagate its benefits and overcome its inherent restriction. Teachers should set students'benefits as the standing point of all work, making every education research valuable. Furthermore, exploring this opportunity, we could promote the comprehensive development of both the teachers and the students, forming an overall improvement in the scientific research of Ideology and Political Course of every school.
