Humanistic Quality Education has become the main trend of current education reform and development. Under the background of curriculum reform in our country, the key to implement Humanistic Quality Education is to grasp and adopt scientific strategy. By enhancing the power of national and governmental policy, adjusting the reseach perspective of academic circles, refreshing the public's concept of talents, changing educational ideas of schools and enlightening students' humanistic consciousness, to achieve allaround organic integration and systematic improvement, so as to make sure effective and practical Humanistic Quality Education.This piece of study analyses and discusses the research background of humanistic quality education, its significance and its current situation both in home and abroad, with the study methods of literature, induction, history analysis, logical deduction, comprehensive analysis, group discussion and study seminar, etc. On the basis of defining the connotation of humanicstic quality education, it makes a further step to access the primary exploration on humanstic quality education, by evaluating its significance under the backgroud of curriculum reform.It is devided into five parts:Ⅰ. Introduction. In this part, it mainly tells four aspects:its background and significance, overview of current study situation both in domestic and overseas, the thinking and methods of study, and the innovation..Ⅱ. Summary of the connotation of humanistic quality education. It respectively analyses and sums up the connotation of curriculum reform, humanistic quality and humanistic quality education.Ⅲ. The evaluation of humanistic quality education under the backgroud of curriculum reform, including its feasibility and necessity. Analysing from the aspect of its feasibility, humanistic quality education is a requirement of curriculum reform; secondly, it is decided by the' "basic" feature of basic education; thirdly, it is an objective requirement of the laws of humanistic quality education. Analysing from its necessity, to enhance humanistic quality education is the requirement of the competition between international talents; the demand of the development of modern technology and market economy; the request of students'comprehensive development.Ⅳ. Primary exploration on humanstic quality education, this is key part of this paper. The formation of primary exploration should systematically integrate the four aspects of content, principle, methods, and implemention strategy. Concretely speaking, to conduct humanistic quality education, the first of all is to define its main contents, lead students to improve their qualities of cultural awareness, morality, politics and law, mentality, appreciation and environmental protection; secondly, we should follow five basic principles:the principle of heuristic, comprehension, expansibility, pertinency and experience; thirdly, as a systematic project, it should work with families, schools and society to create excellent humanistic environment for students; finally, its implemention should be led by scientific and efficient strategy, so as to fulfil it effectively.Ⅴ. Conclusion. Indicating the shortage of humanistic quality education and clearing its future direction of development based on the systematic conclusion of this paper.
