The status of teaching oral language communication forhigh school students in combination with the awareness of the college entrance examination, has been put in an embarrassing position as being labeled 'dispensable'. With the deepening of quality education, teachers have begun to attach a greater importance towards training students eloquence in their oralcommunication and practical teaching of communication increasingly has been put on their agendas. A phenomenon has occurred that we know as a fact: Education using various forms of media have begun to emerge making significant changes take place. The popularity of using high technology as 'media' for teaching at this time raises the question as to whether it will consequently ?aid in the development of students oral communication or end up blocking it? Furthermore, what kind of development opportunities can be created and what aspects can cause it to be blocked? This article seeks to explore the significance of teaching oral language communication and its current state, how deep of on impact the internet and new technology can have on the current system, elements, direction of the positive impacts, aspects of this new era of teaching oral communication and specific methods of implementation.
