Research On The Enterprise Education System Of The Undergraduates From The Ordinary Science Universities

Enterprise education is a new education theory which aims to cultivate the starting type talent who has the characteristics of enterprising spirit, undertaking consciousness and ability. From the current situation of economic development and educational reform in our country, it is a new requirement of the knowledge economy epoch to educational development. It can highly promote the economic development, relieve employment stress and push educational reform. Under the highly close attention from the government and all sectors of society, enterprise education in universities has achieved repaid development. However, the related systematic construction is comparatively weak that it can't meet the demand of students'overall characters and personalities because it is comparatively later for the initial starting of enterprise education in our country than that in western countries. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to ensure enterprise education to develop smoothly and to build a reasonable and scientific enterprise education system.This thesis is constituted by five parts.The first chapter is to definite some related concepts, introduce the purpose and significance of developing enterprise education in universities generally and state methodology used in the thesis.The second chapter is to prove the inevitability of enterprise education development from the perspective of Marxism theory.The third chapter is to make a review of the development and status of enterprise education in universities in our country through analysis to its development both at home and abroad from the perspective of social background and the epoch when the concept of enterprise education is proposed.The fourth chapter is to discuss existing problems and elements that affect enterprise education in our country by making analysis and summary of its development in universities.The fifth chapter is to propose the solutions to the existing problems in the enterprise education and to table some effective methods about developing and implementing enterprise education which expand thought to carry it out in ordinary science universities.Enterprise education is inevitable trend in social development and it has profound theoretical and realistic significance in solving employment issues of the graduates from universities and to promoting national economic development. The thesis tries to make some innovations and breakthroughs in the system construction and mechanism of the enterprise education in universities and attract people's attention to the existing problems in order to make deep research and promote the mature development of enterprise education in universities in our country.
