In the new century, higher education popularity and employment change in the pattern increasing employment pressure on students. How the college students to secure the job, this question have been placed rigorously in front of every student. It is the major issue that needs to be explored by our country and the community.College student employment problem have a complex content and the scope of it is extremely broad. Society, government, enterprises and individuals can affect graduates employment. In order to achieve a thoroughly and practical aim of the research, the paper topic identified as students employment training and research in the background of cold low-Paid--perspective on STC. With the research focus on the possibility that training can help students on employment, and how to make training more effectively to improve graduate employability, that helps school-to-career transition.This article is divided into six chapters. Chapter Introduction section, as the beginning of the article, gives a brief description of the research origin, context, significance and research process, and makes definition of the four key words:"Low Cold-Paid," "Students", "Graduate Employment Training" and "School-to-Career (STC) ". In Chapter Review section, the paper collects and analyzes from all aspects on the employment status of graduates and relevant theories, research on the STC, research on the employment training for students. The Chapter of Design and Implementation focus on explaining the purpose of the present study, research content, research motivation and the research hypotheses, listing related research methods, way of sample selection, the questionnaire design, and questionnaire instruction. Finally, it should inform the way to deliver, withdraw and analyze the questionnaire. The fourth part is the survey results analysis, by analyzing the survey results of the four aimed universities, the paper obtained the result that in the context of the financial crisis, the cold low-paid, how the graduate change on job and employment psychology, while gives a description that how students understand STC, the status quo of STC education and training, then finds out the inherent defects in education, breakthrough that develop and promote career development for students. After knowing STC training needs, the paper will propose constructive conclusions and solutions.Chapterâ…¤lays stress on making relation analysis between the employment and STC education and training, including positive relation analysis from STC training and career planning, employability, employment concept and quality of employment, and finally educe the conclusion whether STC training can help students achieve employment successfully. Based on the STC work principle, Chapter VI gives the specific steps graduate employment training work, which includes the training process, training form and so forth.STC training lay direct impact on graduate employment. This article hopes to start with training objectives design, training needs analysis, training implementation and training assessment. Finally, the research will head to solve problem, which is to enhance the employability for graduates, and provide some suggestions on successful employment.
