The success of collegestudents’ employment is not only the realization of personal value of life but also isuseful for the construction of harmonious society. The capability of the employment inthe ascension is the premise of the college students’ smooth employment. The collegestudents’ employment ability training work of the universities is the key to improve thecapability of the employment of the college students. Therefore, to strengthen collegestudents’ employment ability training work has important practical significance.Objective management is with work results for the behavior orientation, itadvocates group firstly have working target, then have working content. The overallgoal is to determine the decomposition of its completion, and then assigned to the lowerorganizations, equipped with the corresponding working staff to work target for surepeople based on the content of the work.
