Project Plan On "Employability Improvement For University Graduates-Practical Training"

The issue of employment embarrassment in graduates has become a pressing social problem which is calling for solutions. Enterprises are the terminals for the output of university graduates, however, still there are some puzzles when enterprises are recruiting university graduates to enrich their human resources. On one hand enterprises are suffering from "talent thirst", people they hired are not the right person; on the other hand, it's hard for the graduates to secure a job, the main reason is that the "graduate product" from university is not accepted by the "user", the product can't satisfy the market, and there is an inconsistent gap between the needs of provider and demander. The basic quality, ability and practical experience of graduates is insufficient, also their attitude and employability need to be improved.This article finds out the shortness of education from our university education system to the graduates about employment, the demands from enterprises for the basic quality and ability of graduates as well as the cut-in point for accumulating practical experiences by analyzing the current status of universities, enterprises and graduates. In addition, it also develops a set of practical training course system about "Combination of graduates' basic quality and ability improvement with practice" targeted to the current condition of social training agencies in order to meet the requirements of enterprises for the basic quality and ability of graduates. Meanwhile it also develops a project operation model, and finds out the requirement points of students and enterprises based on the industrial value chain of such training products, designs middle links, and finds out the profit output points, also it does the best to design a practical training product which are practical in aspects from operation model, profit output point until marketing strategy. It is expected that this product will be a training product which has significant meaning and can bring mutual benefits to all aspects such as the growth of students, the revenue of enterprises, as well as the interest of the society.
