Research On The Learning Relationship Of University Teachers And Students

Relationships between teachers and students, which is the most important relationship in the process of education, will realize teaching activities and achievement in the process of education. With the development of the market economy, and the appearance of knowledge-based economy, teacher and student relationship enter into a new background. This study based on the background of university, analyzed relations between teachers and students from a new perspective, in order to provide a meaningful reference on the development of high education.Based on relevant literatures and questionnaires, it presented the content of relationship between teachers and students, analyzed the main features which are different from traditional teacher-student relationship, and introduced the meaning of this study. Through the usage of learning organization theory, postmodern view of knowledge, constructivist psychology, social interdependence theory and other disciplines, it demonstrated reasonable of learning teacher-student relationship. This study, took present situation of the relationship between teacher and student as analysis literatures, demonstrated the necessary of learning the relationship which would provide realistic basis for build a learning relationship between teachers and students.In addition, it selected Southwest university as a case, and extracted practise experience from it. At last, the thesis proposed effective ways of establishment of relationships between teachers and students. There are the precondition is to establish a modern university idea, the protection is to create a democratic liberal education environment, the fundamental is the to innovate personnel training mode, the focus is to promote independent innovation of students learning, and the key for relationship construction is to create a learning teachers groups.
